Exchange & Return Policy

PRIVY is not responsible for lost, returned, or stolen packages. If you would like special shipping (including insurance) please email us at shopweareprivy@gmail.com, before you place your order.

If your order is lost please contact your local post office. If your order is returned as undeliverable a refund(minus shipping fees) will be given and your order will be canceled without notice. 

SALE items are FINAL SALE and CANNOT be exchanged.

We do not allow returns for a refund at this time. You may exchange any full priced item or receive store credit. 


If you are not satisfied (on regular priced items) we are happy to offer store credit if you do not choose to do an exchange(excludes Final Cut items).
However, a full refund is not allowed. Store credit is valid for 90 days. 
To make an exchange, please email at shopweprivy@gmail.com. If we are not notified the exchange will not be accepted. PRIVY is not responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges. Item must be received by us on the 9th day (from the date it was delivered) NO EXCEPTIONS. Anything received after 9 days will receive store credit. NO EXCEPTIONS. We have the right to refuse an exchange after 9 days!

Merchandise must be UNWORN, UNWASHED, and UNALTERED with any applicable tags still attached for an exchange or to receive store credit. We reserve the right to determine whether items received back for an exchange or store credit are in acceptable, new condition. If the item is determined unacceptable, in a used state, deodorant stained, animal hair/fur, or smelling of perfume, animals, outdoor odors, smoke, or any other smells (including but not limited to any or all of these) the buyer must pay for the items to be returned, meaning you must pay return shipping fee for the items in unacceptable condition.

In the unlikely case you receive a damaged item. Please email us first, then mail the item back within 9 days from the date it was delivered. After inspection, and the item is in fact damaged, we will issue either an exchange or store credit(does not include Final Cut sale items).

We have the right to cancel your order if shipping fees exceed amount charged on your order.

PRIVY IS ABLE TO REFUSE ANY SALE.
