Shipping is a non-negotiable fee that buyer must pay for items to be mailed to them.
Domestic Shipping
This includes standard and priority.

Return Shipping

Buyer is responsible for shipping on any returned order. PRIVY will not refund shipping at any time. 

Shipping can take from 3-7 business days depending on what state you are in. Processing time can take 2-4 business days. All orders ship Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Customers will receive a tracking number via email or text notification.

All orders are shipped via USPS/UPS mail depending on the shipping selected at checkout. PRIVY is not responsible for any lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Please contact your local Postal Service that your mail is delivered by along with any other likely responsible parties before contacting PRIVY for lost/stolen packages purchased from PRIVY. We cannot locate packages from our office which have already been received by your local mail carrier. 

International Shipping
We only ship domestically within the USA, at this time.
