Shipping Policy

Shipping is a non-negotiable fee that buyer must pay for items to be mailed to them.
Domestic Shipping
This includes standard and priority.
Exchanged Order Shipping
Buyer is responsible for shipping on any returned order. PRIVY will not refund shipping at any time. 
Shipping can take from 3-7 business days depending on what state you are in. Processing time can take 2-4 business days. All orders ship Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Customers will receive a tracking number via email or text notification.
All orders are shipped via USPS mail depending on the shipping selected at checkout. PRIVY is not responsible for any lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

International Shipping
We only ship domestically within the USA, at this time.
